Shipping Policy
Order Processing. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Times. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays from customs, carrier volume, or holidays may occur.
Shipping Rates. Standard shipping is $4.95. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50.
Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email and can follow your order any time on our Track Your Order page.
Wrong Address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, but contact us quickly and we'll help where we can.
Customs & Duties. Orders may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes applied when the parcel reaches your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Orders. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at support@casavo.store and we'll investigate or reship.
