Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Casavo band. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

12-Month Warranty. Every band is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If your band develops a fault, email a photo to support@casavo.store and we'll replace it free of charge.

How to Start a Return. Email support@casavo.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Return Shipping. If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping or send a free replacement. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Damaged or Wrong Item. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo — we'll send a free replacement, no return needed.

Order Cancellations. Email us within 12 hours of ordering, before dispatch, and we'll cancel and refund in full.

Non-Returnable. Items marked "Final Sale" and gift cards cannot be returned.
